This piece just back from the jeweler who verified the stones are smokey topaz each stone retails at least $15 a piece. The topaz are ice cold are 18mm in size. Some of the topaz are of a lighter color.
I have personally tested all the metal with acid and is silver. The piece is marked 800 which is vintage european silver. I have not come across a piece as this in several years.The piece weighs a significant 116 grams. This item is made of topaz and stone, silver.
