We apply a natural, oxidizing charcoal-grey patina and lightly hand-brush our sterling for a matte finish, creating personal amulets with a found treasure feel. We craft our blue ghost firefly amulet with a cool blue topaz cabochon or blue chalcedony to represent this mysterious little beetle found in the appalachian mountain region of the united states, who magically blink synchronously in the forest. Size: the handcrafted firefly, including the gemstone is approximately 3/4 long. This phosphorescent beetle is created on a 17 " cable link chain with faceted "rondell gemstone beads at the clasp.
