Antique Edwardian 1905 Gold Filled Expansion Violets Bracelet Bangle Vintage
Services can be delayed due to lack of available flights etc during pandemic. This an early edwardian gold filled expansion bracelet with etched violets. The bracelet is in very good antique condition. It is an early expansion bracelet that stretches to go over the roof. Unusually it has a blank monogram area where you can have your name or initials engraved. The front cartouche has a stippled background with a mirror gold finish round monogram area with etched violets and foliage surrounding. There is a secret compartment at the back (should only be opened by a jeweller so as not to damage) where you can place a small memento.
The band links are etched with a violet on one side of each. The bracelet bangle is marked pat. The band is 1.2cms wide.
The front round etched cartouche 2.2cm by 2.2cms and it weighs 27gms. It will fit a small to medium wrist up to 6.25inch only as it has to go over the hand to fit on the wrist. All measurements and weights are approximate only. What is vintage or antique gold filled jewellery.
