Antique Diamond and Sapphire Pendant Silver Topped 14k Gold Pendant on Optional 14k Chain Bridal Necklace

Timeless and elegant, this antique pendant would be a perfect choice for a bride on her wedding day or a lovely anniversary gift. The glittery pendant (circa 1890-1910) is silver topped 14k gold and accented with mixed old cut diamonds and a synthetic blue sapphire drop. The total carat weight of the diamonds is approximately 0.65 carats. The pendant is in great condition; however, under magnification, you can see two small chips to the table facet of the top diamond.
